Luke 1:45 - Andrea Johnson

I found this image on pinterest, and it comes from www.alwaysrooney.com. This website was created by Courtney Kennedy, and she makes images like this often, always using hand drawn type. This is a bible verse that would be used to decorate or to encourage, so the type is totally appropriate because it is visually appealing and relaxed. Also, the hand drawn border makes the image feel more feminine and  fun. It is important for designers like me to remember that hand drawn type is always an option. I feel inspired to use it now because of how well this turned out. I realize that hand drawn type can only be used in very specific situations, but it can really tie some pieces together.
